The agency launched in April 2016 as One Agency Surf Coast, earning multiple awards including International Office of the Year, Boutique Office of the Year (Regional), and Property Manager of the Year. In 2025, we were further recognised by realestate.com.au, with our Director Shaun named Jan Juc Agent of the Year and our Head of Sales, Chris, named Torquay Agent of the Year.
