Sales Associate
Would you like to work with the best in Torquay?
Work alongside Torquay’s #1 agent — We’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate to work with one of our high-performing Listing Agents. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the action, connecting with buyers, running inspections, following up enquiries and helping move deals from first inspection through to sold.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants a clear pathway to becoming a standalone sales agent in the future.
The Role
- Managing inbound buyer enquiries across all listings
- Conducting buyer inspections, open homes and private viewings
- Building and maintaining strong buyer relationships
- Qualifying buyers and managing buyer databases
- Providing buyer feedback and market intelligence to the Listing Agent
- Supporting negotiations and offers through to contract
- Assisting with contracts, documentation, and campaign administration
- Representing the agency with professionalism and energy at all times.
This is a high-touch, front-facing role requiring confidence, initiative and strong communication skills.
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in residential real estate sales (or a strong sales background) or in property management
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working weekends and after-hours inspections
- Motivated by results and career progression
- Professional presentation and strong local market interest
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) or Agent’s Representative qualification must be held at time of application
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
